We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed English and Drama teacher. The successful applicant will be required to teach all abilities at KS3 and KS4 and will have the capacity to work collaboratively within a team of experienced staff who are dedicated to providing all students with a high quality education in English and Drama. Our pupils have a good attitude to work and behave well.

Salary Scale L6 points 28-31
£22,131 to £24, 528 (actual salary)
37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days

You will work closely with a Head of Year, supporting the Year Group in all aspects of pastoral care, including promoting academic achievement, positive behaviour and high attendance. Other aspects of the role will include working with outside agencies, resources and general administration, working with the students, their parents and all staff.

Applicants for this public-facing post will need to demonstrate the ability to converse, and provide effective help or advice, fluently in spoken English.
